Wow! Amazing customer service and very fair prices. My boyfriend and I were driving down to southern IL for a camping weekend and our car broke down on the interstate two hours into the trip! We were able to make it to Parker Automotive where we were met with friendly faces. They looked my car over, explained everything in detail and took me out to the car to show me exactly what was wrong! We were given excellent service and would recommend this shop to anyone!
Parker Auto helped diagnose an intake leak potentially saving me thousands of dollars and costly down time. They also diagnosed transmission problems with their high tech computer system when others couldn't help me.
Glad I have gps on my vehicle.. or we would have never know that the owner of this facility is out running errands/joy riding... NOT TEST DRIVING... I believe that was done 2 weeks ago.. can't believe a good Christian like he puts off to be would be a such a crook like the rest of them.. needless to say I DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle there unless you want your miles racked up while it's there..
